Dear Applicant and Parents,

Thank you for your interest in Tzofiah, Machon Rivkah.  If you believe that Tzofiah can be helpful to you in setting meaningful goals at this point in your life, please fill out the application and all of corresponding forms listed below. Your honesty will ensure that we accurately assess whether our program is suited for you.  Applications and personal information will be considered as strictly confidential.

Acceptance to Tzofiah is not based on grades, talents, reputation or behavior.  The determining factor is an appropriate match between the unique needs of each girl and the growth opportunities offered at Tzofiah.  At Tzofiah, student accomplishments and successes are measured by the personal goals that each student creates for herself and her personal efforts and commitment to fulfilling them.  As there is often much diversity in the students applying to Tzofiah, it is also necessary to assure that the group as a whole is compatible as well.

The following forms must be filled out completely and sent in with the additional items (applications will not be processed until all the forms listed below are completed and received):

Pending your acceptance, you will be required to do the following:

*Initial interview with one or more members of the Tzofiah staff

*Intake Interview with a mental health professional from the Tzofiah mental health team.

 *Psychological Screening with a psychologist working in conjunction with the Tzofiah mental health team.

(The cost of this procedure, which will be paid by the applicant, will vary depending on the rates of the professional performing the screening)
